This page explains how MZM Digital (“MZM Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) contacts you by text message (SMS) and email, and how you can control those messages. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
SMS and text message program
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number on a form on mzmdigital.com, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from MZM Digital at that number. These messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment and call scheduling, project and service updates, and, if you opt in to them, promotional messages. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How to opt out and get help
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@mzmdigital.com or (954) 800-3513.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information is used only as described in our Privacy Policy.
Email communications
Consent
When you submit your email address through a form on the Site, subscribe to our emails, or become a client, you agree to receive emails from MZM Digital. These may include responses to your inquiry, service and billing messages, and marketing emails such as tips, updates, and offers. You can use the Site and our services without agreeing to marketing emails.
Unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it to stop receiving marketing emails, or email info@mzmdigital.com with your request. We will process opt outs promptly and within the time required by law. You may still receive service related messages, such as invoices and project notices, while you are a client.
