These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mzmdigital.com (the “Site”) and the digital marketing information and services offered by MZM Digital (“MZM Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, introduce malware, scrape or copy content in bulk without permission, or use the Site in a way that harms us or other visitors.

Our services

MZM Digital provides digital marketing services such as local SEO, web design and development, content production, Google Business Profile management, email marketing, and related consulting. Descriptions of services on the Site are for general information. The scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables for any project are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement between you and MZM Digital. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors we do not control, including search engine algorithms, competition, advertising platform policies, market conditions, and your own business. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead volume, or revenue.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, and code, are owned by MZM Digital or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or business reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Ownership of work product created for a client is governed by the client’s service agreement.

Submissions and communications

When you send us a message or fill out a form, you agree to give accurate information. You allow us to contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text message as described in our Privacy Policy and our SMS and Email Consent page. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site’s forms.

Third-party websites and services

The Site may link to websites and services we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MZM Digital from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
